  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received on time.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information required to deliver services effectively.

  • Any delay in communication, approvals, or content delivery from the client may affect project timelines.

  • Clients are responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account and credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, content, code, and deliverables created by TECHNIO Digital Services remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of custom assets will be transferred to the client.

  • Pre-built tools, frameworks, templates, or third-party integrations remain the property of TECHNIO Digital Services or their respective owners.

6. Hosting Services Terms & Conditionsv

 

    1. Overview

  • TECHNIO Digital Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers hosting services under two distinct models. By purchasing any hosting service from TECHNIO Digital Services, the client (“you,” “your”) agrees to the following hosting-related terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription plans can be canceled at any time through written request, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

  • One-time project deposits, setup fees, or advance payments are non-refundable.

  • In case of cancellation of ongoing projects, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that point.

7. Limitation of Liability

TECHNIO Digital Services will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data.

  • Issues arising from third-party hosting, platforms, or integrations.

  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid by the client for the service.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client data, project details, and business information. Any information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, APIs). We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or limitations caused by third-party services.

10. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client violates these Terms & Conditions

  • The client fails to make timely payments

  • The client engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities

Upon termination, the client remains liable for any outstanding balances.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malda, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
