3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be issued only under the following exceptional conditions:
Duplicate or accidental payment (verified by our billing team).
Technical or service failure caused solely by us, and no work has commenced.
Project cancellation before any work has started, and if no resources have been allocated.
In these cases, the amount refunded will be subject to a transaction and processing fee (if applicable).
4. Subscription Cancellations
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once it has started.
After cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
